The historic charm of the building is harmoniously combined with modern amenities, enhancing guest comfort. On-site parking, perceived as convenient and reasonably priced, further adds to the appeal, especially for those traveling by car. Friendly and helpful staff significantly enrich the guests' experience.

Despite these drawbacks, the staff's friendly nature often enhances the overall experience.
Cleanliness opinions are mixed; while many guests find the rooms adequately clean, others mention issues like dusty elements, moldy curtains and stained carpets. The inconsistency suggests that while some stays are pleasant, others may be affected by subpar housekeeping standards.
The staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. Their efficiency and welcoming demeanor significantly enhance the guest experience, often mitigating minor inconveniences.
The WiFi receives mixed reviews with some guests satisfied with the free unlimited access and strong signal, while others face connectivity issues, especially in individual rooms. Improvements in reliability and strength are needed for a more consistent experience.
On-site parking is commended for its convenience and reasonable pricing, adding to the overall positive experience, particularly for those with vehicles. Family-friendly amenities and the willingness of the staff to address small issues quickly create a accommodating atmosphere for guests traveling with children.
The vibrant nightlife around the hotel is a draw for those who enjoy socializing, though it can result in noise issues, especially late at night. The hotel's bar offers a cozy, friendly environment, but it closes early, ensuring some quiet for guests seeking rest.
