White Santorini boasts an amazing location with guests experiencing breathtaking views and easy proximity to superb local restaurants, the best being White lounge and restaurant. The hotel offers spectacular views from the rooms and outdoor space, including straight-on views of the caldera for sunset. The walking path connecting Oia with Fira is easily accessible and it's only a short walk to the skaros rock, sunrise, Fira or half way towards Oia. Guests love the central location with good restaurants and mini markets within walking distance. The area is peaceful, less busy than Fira and the large rooms are beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly and accommodating and guests rave about the exceptional sunset views, quiet environment and overall comfort of the hotel. Overall, it is an idyllic spot with a perfect position in Imerovigli. The location and views are some of the best in Santorini, making White Santorini an excellent choice for travelers seeking a beautiful and relaxing escape.

However, the inside area of some of the rooms is not as luxurious as you might expect and a few guests complained of weird smells and inadequate staff. Despite these few negatives, overall, guests have been wowed by the amazing place, fantastic room and very spacious and comfortable lodging.

Guests appreciated the staff's multi-lingual abilities and enjoyed interacting with them. However, some negative reviews criticized the reception staff and concierge for being uncaring and unhelpful and some guests had frustrating experiences with staff members such as rental agents and cleaners.
