Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection is lauded for its picturesque location, nestled amidst lush tropical greenery, providing a serene and relaxing environment ideal for a tranquil getaway. Just a short distance from Manila, the resort offers a calm retreat with top-notch facilities that seamlessly harmonize with nature, encouraging guests to connect with the beauty of the wilderness. The wonderful villas and peaceful atmosphere further enhance the rejuvenating experience, positioning the resort as an excellent spot for relaxation and reflection.
Guests consistently commend the dining experience at The Farm, specifically highlighting the remarkable culinary offerings from breakfast to dinner. Though breakfast at Alive! features a purely vegetarian menu that may not appeal to all, it is crafted with fresh, organic ingredients, offering a nutritious start with options like fruits and delightful spreads. Dinner also receives high praise for taste and quality, although its high price point and presentation are noted as areas for improvement. Despite these minor concerns, the excellent dining options remain a standout feature of the stay.
Accommodations at The Farm reflect mixed reviews, with many guests appreciating the spaciousness and cleanliness of rooms, especially the villas with private pools. However, some rooms have been perceived as outdated, with occasional issues like poor ventilation and unpleasant odors. Despite these inconsistencies, the wonderful staff and exceptional service elevate the overall experience, adding to the resort's charm.
A highlight of The Farm is its exceptional staff, celebrated for their friendliness, hospitality, and eagerness to assist. Guests frequently mention staff members by name, underscoring the personalized care and top-notch customer service provided. The team's attentiveness contributes to a seamless and pleasant stay, reinforcing their commitment to guest satisfaction and high standards of hospitality.
Overall, The Farm at San Benito, Autograph Collection presents a harmonious blend of natural beauty, delicious dining, and outstanding service, making it an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation and rejuvenation. While minor improvements in accommodations and dining service could enhance the experience further, the resort's core offerings shine brightly, attracting guests to return for its serene setting and warm hospitality.
