The Lion Hotel in Belper is a budget-friendly hotel that provides decent facilities and services. While some guests found the hotel a bit expensive compared to other options, it is still considered great value for money by others. The breakfast offered is average and could use improvement, as it is mostly continental with limited choices. Some rooms are above the bar and might be noisy, but luckily not all. Rooms are small and some may be outdated, but they are clean and provide a good budget option for those looking for a place to sleep. While there were some complaints about pillows and locking mechanisms, the hotel staff provides good service, making guests feel secure and comfortable.
