However, some guests have noted that the pool can be a bit crowded and commented on the requirement to wear swimming hats, though this is understandable for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, some visitors have complained about a lack of information regarding timeslots for the spa with only three available over the course of a day. It's also disappointing that the pool closes early at 6:00 pm. Additionally, the pool itself may not be suitable for swimming, as it's rather small and fitted with jacuzzis. Despite some drawbacks, guests have still enjoyed the Eurotel Altura's indoor pool and spa area.
