Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
SOWELL RESIDENCES New Chastillon offers access to a pool and sauna, which many guests found to be a beneficial facility, especially after skiing. The indoor pool, although small, is generally appreciated by visitors and is described as enjoyable and ideal for winter use. Despite these positive aspects, there are several recurring concerns. The pool is frequently noted to be cold with some stating that it is not heated and the water not warm enough. There are also comments about the pool being crowded and in need of updating with some mentioning poor quality and cleanliness issues. Additionally, the pool hours are mentioned as being inconvenient. However, the hotel maintains clean communal areas and provides a warm room for storing skis and boots, which is a welcome feature for many skiers.
