Many reviewers note that the hotel's potential to match its star rating is evident, yet they find certain aspects, like the rooms, not living up to the mark. There are mentions of the room conditions being below expectations, with some specifics such as warped doors not properly closing and the lack of air conditioning being pointed out as incongruous with 4-star standards. Additionally, the hotel appears to be in need of modernization to truly align with the service and quality levels typically associated with a 4-star experience.
