The pool area is a beautiful spot to relax with guests loving the views out to the pool. The pool itself is also great with some guests noting that it is heated which is ideal for those cooler days. The gardens surrounding the pool add to the lovely atmosphere and provide a great outdoor area for guests to enjoy. While some guests were disappointed that the pool couldn't be used during their stay, many others praised the hotel's outdoor facilities overall. Plus, the hotel's large car park is an added bonus and is not always a common feature among other hotels in Jersey.

While some guests appreciated the nice outdoor pool, others felt that more seating around the pool would have been welcomed. It was also noted that information regarding relaxation areas near the pool was not made clear. Nevertheless, the outdoor pool and rockery area are both lovely and there is also an indoor pool available for use. Keep in mind, the outside pool area is small.

Overall, guests raved about the rooms, views, restaurant and staff - but it's clear that the pool is a major highlight. Even though it's not heated, it's still a refreshing place to take a dip and cool off.
