Portobello Park Hotel offers a great cost-benefit ratio, making it an appealing option for budget-conscious travelers. The breakfast service is vast and innovative, a highlight that adds value to the overall experience. As a three-star hotel, it meets basic needs with its moderate rating and service. The facilities and services are consistent with a three-star standard—decent, not luxurious, but satisfactory for those who temper their expectations accordingly.
Some areas of the hotel may seem slightly dated, but it still functions efficiently within its category. The ambiance matches its mid-range pricing, offering good value for money. Although it is not without its flaws, which are typical for its league, the hotel manages to deliver a good overall experience that aligns well with its rating and promises.

Summary of reviews related to the '3 Star' category
Summarized by AI
SunBahia Praia Hotel offers a mix of simple yet clean and organized accommodations. While it is categorized as a three-star hotel, some guests feel that it falls short of expectations in terms of amenities and overall experience. Despite this, it is praised for its great cost-benefit ratio, which many guests find appealing.
The rooms are described as decent and very clean, though they lack some conveniences like tables for working or eating and an active minibar. Guests may need to go to the reception or restaurant to get basic items such as water. The staff at SunBahia Praia Hotel receive commendations for their politeness and friendliness, contributing to a pleasant stay for many visitors.
However, there are some areas for improvement. Breakfast is noted to be below par and some guests have had issues with mosquito bites and flies. The hotel, although relatively new, sometimes feels outdated, as guests need to collect remote controls for the air conditioning and TV from the reception.
The location of the hotel is considered perfect by many, adding to its appeal. Though the sauna and gym were closed due to the pandemic, these facilities, as well as a pool table, are available under regular circumstances, giving guests more recreational options.
All things considered, SunBahia Praia Hotel provides good value for money with clean rooms and a friendly staff, making it a decent choice for those seeking affordability and basic amenities.
