Unlike other hotels where staff seem reluctant to converse or smile, the team at Hotel Duomo take time to talk to you and even make sure you're enjoying your stay. Overall, the staff are incredibly hardworking, respectful and always go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, even inviting guests for dinner or offering help with outside matters.
