Patong Heights is a quaint and quiet boutique hotel that stands out for its simplicity and cleanliness. Despite being listed as a five-star establishment, many guests do not feel it meets the usual expectations associated with such a rating. The size of the hotel is more intimate and understated, which is appreciated by those preferring a more private atmosphere. However, it has been noted that the breakfast offerings seem limited for a five-star hotel and the staff lacks the level of professionalism typically expected from a resort of this caliber. Overall, while the hotel may fulfill certain operational criteria for a five-star rating, the experience it delivers aligns more closely with that of a well-kept, modest boutique hotel.
