Guests at the DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya have shared mixed experiences regarding the hotel's swimming pool. Among the positives, the pool is frequently commended for its pleasant and refreshing atmosphere, serving as a lovely place to unwind. Many visitors appreciate the nice, clean facilities and highlight the striking views from the pool area as a significant plus. Added features such as the sauna, gym, and a dedicated children’s area offer comprehensive amenities, making it a versatile spot for guests of all ages.
However, some reviews indicate that the pool area is relatively small, which might be disappointing for those expecting ample space. Additionally, a few guests feel that the pool falls short of the high standards typical of a five-star hotel, suggesting that it could benefit from a bit more attention in terms of maintenance or enhancements. Despite these concerns, the pool remains a noteworthy aspect of the hotel's leisure offerings, alongside its location on the 5th floor, where it is conveniently situated near other fitness facilities.
