The Hilton Zurich Airport is highly commended for its exceptional location and convenient access to Zurich Airport, coupled with a reliable and free shuttle service, making it a prime choice for travelers with early flights or layovers. Its proximity to a railway station further enhances its connectivity to Zurich and beyond. While some note high room costs, the spacious and clean rooms, many offering stunning views, are appreciated for their comfort and value. The peaceful atmosphere away from the bustling city center, along with perks like complimentary train tickets to downtown Zurich and potential upgrades to the executive lounge, add to its appeal.
Guests generally praise the breakfast for its extensive, high-quality buffet, noting terms like "delicious" and "amazing." However, a few critiques about high prices and occasional monotony in offerings are mentioned. Room reviews reflect a blend of satisfaction and criticism. Positives include spaciousness, cleanliness and comfortable king-size beds with modern facilities. However, notable issues such as dated decor, noisy air conditioning and small bathrooms detract from the experience. Despite these, the staff's helpfulness and friendliness often mitigate guests' overall impression.

The staff generally receive high marks for their courteous and attentive service, though occasional instances of understaffing and unpreparedness are noted.
Parking is a mixed bag; guests appreciate the availability of private spaces but find the fees excessively high. Beds are widely praised for their comfort and quality with king-size options and firm mattresses highlighted, even though a few find them smaller than expected.
In summary, the Hilton Zurich Airport offers a convenient and comfortable option for travelers with standout location benefits and generally positive service and amenities, though it could benefit from updates in certain areas and reduced costs in others.

Mövenpick Hotel Zurich Airport seems to be an attractive choice for business travelers and those on layovers due to its convenient proximity to the airport. Travelers appreciate the free shuttle bus service that runs every 20 minutes, although there's a concern about its capacity to handle a high number of passengers.
The hotel's location is highlighted as perfect for airport layovers and business trips, reinforced by clean rooms equipped with modern amenities. The facilities also include conference halls, which cater well to business meetings and events. However, some find the pricing high for the services offered and note the shuttle schedule can be unclear, especially for early morning transfers.
Overall, the hotel is frequently noted for its practicality for short business stays, despite a few points of improvement, particularly around WIFI connectivity and shuttle management.
