The breakfast experience is lauded for its variety and quality, providing a delicious and well-planned spread that caters to diverse palates, ensuring a delightful start to the day. While some guests find breakfast timing slightly late, the overall dining experience remains positive, with value for money highlighted, particularly for those enjoying multiple meals at the hotel. Dinner options also receive praise for their quality, although the dining menu is predominantly vegetarian. The unique dinner cruise provides guests with a memorable culinary adventure, despite the lack of a buffet in the restaurant. In-room dining does offer non-vegetarian options, albeit with extended delivery times.
Rooms at Ramada Encore garner positive feedback for cleanliness and comfort, with several featuring balconies offering picturesque views of the Narmada River. While most rooms are clean, others have been criticized for inadequate maintenance and cleaning standards, highlighting areas for improvement.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel receives mixed reviews. The well-maintained swimming pool and clean interiors stand out positively, although some areas, such as certain toilets and room preparation, have been noted as lacking.
