The staff truly made our vacation a phenomenal experience. Not only were they incredibly professional, they were also polite, happy and service-oriented. From check-in to check-out, we were treated with such respect and greeted as if we were long lost friends. We were surprised with champagne and a special note in the room – a gesture that made us feel valued and appreciated. One standout quality of the staff was their willingness to help. They were always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. The concierge team was particularly outstanding and always made themselves available for any requests we had. We also loved the warm welcome at reception with a Polish accent and the Polish accents in the adjacent restaurant Milagro, whose owner is a compatriot and several staff members are Poles. Overall, every staff member was very friendly and helpful, making us feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. From the maids to the front desk to the pool bartender, the staff were all amazing and very accommodating. We will definitely be recommending this resort to friends and family and would love to return in the future.
