Poziom 511 Jura Wellness Hotel & Spa is beautifully situated amidst the rocks of the Jura Mountains. However, some guests feel that the hotel needs minor upgrades to meet the standard of a four-star hotel. While the hotel provides paid parking, guests believe that it should be free at a four-star establishment. Additionally, guests feel that the breakfast provided lacks quality and is not up to par for a four-star hotel. Some guests find the service at the hotel lacking and believe that more could be done to improve the guest experience. Overall, though the hotel has decent standards, guests believe that the value for money could be better.
