Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
La Réserve Resort is a well-situated, peaceful hotel in beautiful surroundings that offers a mixed experience for guests. The breakfast buffet is well-stocked with a range of dishes, but some hot items were not warm enough. The dinner experience has garnered mixed reviews with some praising the delicious Belgian cuisine and others citing poor quality of food and unimpressive service. The hotel boasts an array of comfortable and spacious rooms, some with amazing views and all of them very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, though some guests experienced uneven moods from the team. The spa and pool receive mixed reviews, but the hotel's parking facilities and comfortable beds are praised. While some guests have found the basic rooms and outdated decor to be disappointing for a supposed four-star hotel, others have praised the overall service and amenities provided. Overall, La Réserve Resort is a luxurious and high-end hotel with exceptional standards and impeccable service, though some guests have noted that the price does not necessarily reflect the level of quality and attention to detail.
