Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, some amenities were not available during certain guests' stay, but overall, the hotel provides good service. The breakfast could be improved, but the staff does their best to provide a nice meal. While there were some minor issues with the bathroom and furnishings, the hotel has great potential and could easily improve with some small investments. It is important to note that some guests did not feel that the hotel lived up to its 4-star rating, but guests who book with reasonable expectations should be pleased with their stay.
