Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, Elante Mall offers an evolving five-star experience. Guests have highlighted the politeness and excellence of the hotel manager and staff, contributing positively to the service level. The entire team is noted for their good work, helping to elevate the service to a five-star standard. However, there are suggestions for improvement in certain areas. The lounge needs better management and some guests believe the hotel has not fully upgraded its services to match its high rates. Despite the premium pricing, some feel the location and facilities do not entirely justify the five-star label. Positive points include clean, comfortable rooms and a large pool, which enhance the stay experience. However, there is a need for more diverse beverage options to fully meet five-star expectations.

The Aarlis Hotel Panchkula Chandigarh, Vignette Collection by IHG, often misunderstood as a five-star establishment, leaves many guests disillusioned. Several visitors mention that while it's classified as a four-star property, it falls short in numerous areas, sometimes even being compared unfavorably to lower-tier hotels. The service is frequently described as poor with some guests detailing neglectful responses to important requests.
The facilities, including the reception area, fail to meet expectations set by the star rating. Room quality and service have left some guests highly disappointed, feeling that the experience did not justify the cost, which some found excessively high, especially concerning food prices. The overall ambiance has been likened to that of a basic guesthouse rather than a luxury hotel.
However, there are a few redeeming aspects. The food quality is generally deemed good and the value for money is noted by some guests who emphasize the practical, no-frills approach of the hotel's offerings. The location also receives consistent praise. Nonetheless, the consensus among reviewers is that for a hotel promoting itself as a five-star property, it drastically under-delivers on its promises.
