Brooklyn Hotel is highly regarded for its convenient location, situated near the resort town of Bukovel and close to the main road H-09, making it easily accessible for car travelers with ample on-site parking. The setting offers guests beautiful mountain views from many rooms, contributing to a scenic and tranquil environment slightly removed from the busy main road. The hotel's proximity to shops, ski equipment rentals and a bus stop adds to its allure, particularly for those interested in exploring the Carpathian attractions during both summer and winter seasons.
The breakfast service receives generally positive feedback, particularly for traditional options such as milk breakfast, oatmeal and cottage cheese pancakes. Guests appreciate the quality of food and some enjoy the flexibility to bring their own food on arrival day, although there are occasional criticisms about specific dishes. Dinner has also garnered mixed reviews but is predominantly praised for its fresh, tasty and generous portions. Despite some complaints about the food's preparation and pricing, many guests find the dining experience enjoyable and convenient.
Accommodations at Brooklyn Hotel are described as modern, stylish and spacious with clean and comfortable rooms. Panoramic windows offering stunning mountain views are a notable feature and guests appreciate the fresh renovations and newly added furniture. However, some rooms lack essential amenities like refrigerators and kettles and there are occasional issues with soundproofing and temperature control.
Cleanliness is another area that receives varied feedback. Many guests note the rooms' tidy and well-maintained condition with efficient cleaning staff ensuring a pleasant stay by providing fresh towels and adequate hot water. Unfortunately, some guests report problems such as leaking shower cabins, mold and dirty linens, which can detract from the overall experience.
The staff at Brooklyn Hotel are frequently commended for their friendliness, attentiveness and efficient service, significantly contributing to a positive guest experience. The team is praised for their willingness to assist with various needs, making guests feel welcomed and supported.
Parking is highlighted as a notable convenience with a spacious, free parking lot that is well-maintained even during challenging weather conditions. This enhances the overall ease of staying at the hotel.
For families, Brooklyn offers various activities, although there are limitations to be aware of, such as additional fees for the children's room and cleanliness issues with outdoor facilities. While the hotel is considered a viable option for family stays, some reviews point out that family rooms could be more spacious and practical.
Regarding bed comfort, guests are divided. Many appreciate the comfortable and clean beds, but some have encountered issues with double beds being two separate beds pushed together, leading to discomfort. Other concerns include springy mattresses and occasional cleanliness issues with bedlinen.
Overall, Brooklyn Hotel delivers a generally positive experience, largely attributed to its convenient location, scenic views, clean and modern accommodations and friendly staff, though there are areas for improvement in amenities and consistency to ensure the best possible stay for all guests.
