Domaša Zelená Lagúna receives high marks from guests for its serene and picturesque location, nestled near a tranquil reservoir and set amidst lush greenery. The hotel's setting on a hill with beautiful views of the lake or dam makes it an ideal retreat for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation, further enriched by amenities like spacious rooms and tasty cuisine.
The breakfast offerings are widely praised for their delicious and plentiful array with many noting the quality and variety of the dishes provided. Despite some minor complaints about the limited time frame and lack of variety, the general sentiment remains highly positive. Dinner experiences are more varied with many appreciating the excellent quality and presentation of the cuisine, although some guests have noted a need for more diverse options.
Rooms at the hotel are consistently described as clean, spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and visually pleasing retreat. Guests highlight the elegant furnishings, large terraces and thoughtful amenities, contributing to a restful stay. Cleanliness is a standout feature across all areas of the hotel, including the pool and spa areas, which are maintained to high standards.
The staff at Domaša Zelená Lagúna are frequently commended for their friendliness, professionalism and exceptional service, making guests feel welcomed and well cared for. Though a few guests mentioned language barriers, the overall service quality remains highly praised.
The hotel's wellness area also garners positive feedback for its well-equipped facilities, including multiple steambaths and a notable pool, contributing to a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. However, the Wi-Fi service has been noted as a weak point with many guests experiencing unstable and frequently disconnected connections.
Families find the hotel particularly appealing due to the variety of child-friendly amenities and thoughtful gestures towards younger guests, although access restrictions to the heated pool for children may be a consideration.
Parking options are generally viewed favorably, despite a daily fee and occasional inconveniences with the parking cards. Bed comfort receives mixed reviews with varying preferences affecting guests’ experiences.
Overall, Domaša Zelená Lagúna offers a serene escape with excellent cleanliness, friendly staff and a beautiful setting, though it has some areas for improvement, particularly in dining variety and Wi-Fi connectivity.
