The rooms are frequently noted for their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort, featuring large, comfortable beds and pleasant furnishings. Some rooms offer garden access, enhancing the tranquility of the stay. While there are occasional comments about dated decor and the need for refurbishment, the positive aspects generally outweigh the negatives. The pet-friendly accommodations and evening meal deliveries add to the convenience.

Some reviews highlight the staff's willingness to go above and beyond, particularly in providing assistance and finding better offers upon arrival.
Cleanliness is another strong point with rooms and facilities frequently described as very clean and well-maintained. Despite the older nature of some rooms, guests find them to be comfortable and tidy. Features like good parking options and in-room coffee and tea stations further enhance guest satisfaction.
