San Remo Resort Hotel receives mixed reviews for its indoor pool facilities. Many guests appreciated the availability of a heated indoor pool, considering it one of the hotel's highlights. They found the heated pool in optimal conditions to be particularly enjoyable with some describing it as perfect and amazing. Families noted that the heated indoor pool provided a pleasant swimming experience for both adults and children.
However, several reviews pointed out issues with the pool's cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests reported that the indoor pool was dirty with instances of the water being brown or green. The pool’s conditions sometimes went from warm to cold and there were occasions when it was no longer heated. A recurring concern was that the pool environment could become crowded and unhygienic, especially with kids playing around.
Despite these drawbacks, the heated pool remains a redeeming feature for many, though it appears that the hotel could benefit from more consistent maintenance and cleanliness practices.
