The hotel is welcoming of dogs, offering plenty of space for them and there are family rooms available with lots of space for everyone. While some guests found the rooms to be small and outdated, others found them to be excellent, spacious and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The cleanliness of the hotel appears to be hit or miss with some guests finding everything to be clean and tidy, while others found the leisure facilities to be rundown and dirty.
