The pool at Mirage Medspa Hotel seems to be a notable feature that receives mixed feedback. Many guests appreciate its cleanliness, the pleasant and warm water and commend the hotel for maintaining a high standard of jacuzzi areas. The staff at the pool and spa are frequently praised for their kindness and attentiveness. The pool facilities are described as diverse with features like hydromassage jets and a heated pool enhancing the overall experience.
However, several reviews point out the restrictive access policies, highlighting a frustrating limit of just one hour of pool time per day. Some guests also mention that children are only allowed to use the pool during specified hours on the day of arrival. Despite these restrictions, the indoor pool's warm water and the well-maintained jacuzzi areas are appreciated. The pool area is described variously as nice, attractive and pleasant, contributing to a relaxing ambiance.
Overall, while the pool's limited accessibility is a significant drawback for many, its cleanliness, warmth and the high standard of amenities offer a generally positive experience for those who manage to enjoy it within the time constraints.
