The staff are friendly and provide excellent service worthy of a 4-star hotel and they even have themed nights. While some guests did not believe it lived up to its 4-star rating, others felt that it was justified to some extent. The rooms were generally good, although some felt they were not as clean as they should be. The food was okay but not amazing for the price. However, there was no information regarding the facilities provided.
