Guests have had mixed experiences with the spa at Pendley Manor. Some found the spa facilities to be amazing with a great pool and massages that were out of this world. In addition, the changing rooms were small and the spa wasn't inviting visually. Some guests were unable to get a last-minute spa booking, despite trying for three weeks prior to their visit. Others felt that the leisure facilities were not up to the standard they would expect from a hotel of this kind. Despite these criticisms, some guests enjoyed their time at the spa, particularly the pool, sauna and steam room, which were lovely and mostly quiet.
