Some guests felt the pool area could have been better and that the pool was a little small; however, the pool temperature was lovely and the pool facilities were clean and well-maintained. While some were unable to use the pool, others thoroughly enjoyed the swimming facilities with one guest describing it as a "fantastic extra." The hotel also offers a spa, sauna and steam room. The size of the pool was decent and the leisure facilities were fabulous. Although parking prices were a bit steep, the onsite parking and access to the pool and spa made it an ideal location. One guest noted that the jacuzzi was closed during their stay and there were no slippers provided, but overall the staff, room and pool were thoroughly enjoyed.
