Although some complained of a funny odour and very cold water, they still found the swimming pool facility great and highly recommended it for free use by hotel guests. There were also guests who were disappointed with the pool area, which seemed smaller than in photos, but still appreciated the free access to the pool. However, some guests noted that the pool changing rooms were cold and could do with an update while others suggested adding more seats around the pool area. Despite these minor issues, the majority of guests praised the heated pool, indoor_pool and the other spa facilities including the sauna and steam room. Although some found the hotel noisy, which made it more suitable for events than a relaxing night away, guests generally found that the pool facilities were well-maintained and brilliant.
