Some guests have reported issues with the whirlpool/jacuzzi not working, but overall, the pool and spa area are just as the pictures show - brilliant. One downside is that the hotel charges £15 per person per day for breakfast, which is not clearly stated. There was also an unfortunate incident where there was no hot water for a shower on the second day. Nonetheless, the pool and spa experience is a highlight of the stay for many guests.
