Summary of reviews related to the 'Indoor Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The indoor pool facilities at Split Rock Resort garnered mixed reviews from guests. On a positive note, some visitors appreciated the warm temperature of the pool and described it as being well-maintained when open with a few even expressing their fondness for the indoor pool. However, frequent closures for private events frustrated many, leaving guests disappointed and without access. The alternative pool provided during these closures fell short, being characterized as dark, smelly and cold with a lack of towels further compounding issues. The cleanliness of the main pool also came into question with some guests mentioning filthy conditions. Additionally, the indoor area's floors were noted to be slippery, posing a potential safety hazard. Overall, while the pool facilities have the potential to be enjoyable, inconsistent availability and maintenance issues have significantly impacted the guest experience.
