Seabrook Inn enjoys a favorable location that many guests find both convenient and beneficial. Positioned right off the highway, the hotel offers easy access to destinations such as Hampton Beach, nearby casinos, stores and restaurants. The proximity to major routes like I-95 and Route 1 makes commuting straightforward, appealing to both leisure and business travelers. Families particularly appreciate the calm and clean environment, complete with well-maintained swimming pools and playgrounds, enhancing the overall relaxing atmosphere.
While the breakfast at Seabrook Inn receives mixed reviews, some guests appreciate the fresh options and attentive service, describing it as basic but sufficient. However, there is room for improvement, especially in terms of variety and the inclusion of hot options.
Guests highlight the spaciousness of the rooms and useful amenities like coffee makers, fridges, microwaves and air conditioners. The outdoor areas with their gazebos, chairs and grills, add to the appeal. Nonetheless, several reviews point out significant issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as musty smells, smoke odors, visible mold and dirty carpets. The rooms are often described as outdated with uncomfortable beds and signs of neglect, underscoring the need for considerable improvements.
Despite these concerns, the hotel's cleanliness receives commendations for its well-maintained outdoor spaces, clean pools and ample areas for picnicking. The kid-friendly environment and generally comfortable atmosphere are highlighted positively, although the cleanliness of the rooms themselves remains a notable drawback.
The staff at Seabrook Inn is predominantly praised for their friendly and polite demeanor. Many guests cite the helpfulness and strong work ethic of the team, particularly certain individuals who stand out for their exceptional service. However, there are occasional criticisms regarding rude or incompetent staff and issues with problem resolution.
The hotel's pool facilities are a standout feature, especially popular among families with children. Guests commend the three pools, including one with a waterslide and appreciate the clean and well-maintained pool area. The picnic and barbecue facilities further enhance the family-friendly vibe, though some suggest longer pool hours and better wheelchair accessibility.
Regarding the beds, some guests find them very comfortable with clean linens and towels. Yet, numerous reviews describe the mattresses as old, thin and lumpy, contributing to discomfort. Despite these issues, the overall friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms often add a positive touch to guests' stays.
In summary, Seabrook Inn offers a blend of pros and cons, excelling in location, amenities and outdoor facilities, while facing challenges with room cleanliness and bed comfort. The friendly staff and family-oriented amenities like the pools contribute significantly to the positive experiences of many guests.
