The Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Osoyoos by IHG is set in a breathtaking location, offering stunning panoramic views of the tranquil lake and surrounding mountains. This ideal spot boasts direct access to a private sandy beach, perfect for leisurely afternoons by the water, while remaining conveniently close to local amenities and the town center for easy dining and shopping experiences. The spacious, well-equipped rooms often receive acclaim, especially for their expansive layouts and captivating lakeside views. Cleanliness is generally praised, contributing to the overall comfort and relaxation provided by the hotel.
Guests frequently commend the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff, who continually deliver excellent service and are noted for their welcoming demeanor and helpfulness. The breakfast experience is highlighted for its quality and the serene lake views available from the dining area, although some inconsistencies regarding availability and value have been mentioned.
The hotel's pool is a favored amenity, particularly among families, and is appreciated for its recent refurbishment and cleanliness, although some guests find the water temperature unexpectedly cold. The beach, a major highlight for guests, offers an idyllic setting for relaxation with exceptional views of the lake, complemented by attentive service from the staff.
While the hotel excels in location, service, and room comfort, dining options could benefit from improvements; guests note limited menu choices, high pricing, and occasional service hiccups, as the restaurant is not always open. Overall, Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Osoyoos by IHG stands out for its stunning location, attentive staff, and spacious accommodations, providing guests with a memorable and peaceful retreat.
