The outdoor pool at Puralã - Wool Valley Hotel & SPA generally receives positive remarks for providing a nice and secluded spot for relaxation. Guests appreciate the pleasant outdoor space and the pool's condition during the long Portuguese summers. The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor pools, with added amenities like a jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam adding to the appeal.
However, there are some observations that the outdoor pool is somewhat small and, at times, overshadowed by trees. More chairs around the pool might enhance the guest experience, as the current setup can feel limited. Cleanliness of the pool was noted as an issue on some occasions. Despite these comments, many guests feel that the outdoor pool is excellent and liken the experience to a paradise. The indoor pools, alongside the gym facilities, are praised for their quality, though some guests suggest that the pool and gym hours could be more flexible.
