Pousada Camping Quedasdagua offers a serene and family-friendly retreat nestled within a privately-owned condominium. Its remote and tranquil location suits those seeking a peaceful and secure getaway, providing a well-designed village setup with cottages, simple houses, a swimming pool, park and mini zoo, making it especially appealing to families with children. Though access involves a challenging drive on a dirt road, necessitating a more robust vehicle, the destination's setting provides a unique and quaint rustic experience.
Guests have mixed opinions on the breakfast with some finding it simple yet tasty while others feel it lacks variety and freshness. However, there are moments of excellence, particularly when the buffet is promptly restocked.
Rooms at the campsite are praised for their spaciousness and cleanliness, alongside amenities such as pleasant balconies and wonderful views. While there are some minor issues like the lack of blackout curtains, limited TV channels, insufficient storage space and few outlets, these do not heavily detract from the overall comfortable experience.
Cleanliness is a notable strong point with guests frequently highlighting the spotless state of facilities, rooms and pool areas. This level of meticulous upkeep, coupled with polite and friendly staff, enhances the relaxing atmosphere of the venue.
Service provided by the staff consistently receives high marks for attentiveness and courtesy, from the reception to the pool area. The team's friendliness, security measures and efficient service in the restaurant contribute significantly to the guests' positive experience.
However, Wi-Fi connectivity is a weak spot with frequent reports of instability and limited access, particularly outside the main hotel area. This can be a drawback for those needing reliable internet access.
Lastly, the pool facilities, including standard and heated options, are consistently well-regarded for their cleanliness and the peaceful environment they offer. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the pool area remains a key highlight offering a satisfying and enjoyable experience.
Overall, Pousada Camping Quedasdagua provides a tranquil and clean environment ideal for families and those looking to disconnect, underscored by excellent customer service, though some practical improvements could enhance the overall experience.
