Ramada Plaza Thraki boasts of being a high-class hotel, but unfortunately, some guests did not receive the hospitality they expected from a 5-star hotel. Despite this, some guests described the hotel as excellent. However, others felt that the price of the suite was too high and lacked value for money. Some even commented that they received services similar to a 2-star hotel despite paying for a 5-star hotel. Several guests advocated for a total renovation of the hotel, even referring to it as a "RAMADA FAKE." Furthermore, guests should not expect to be served luxurious meals such as seafood beyond the typical 5-star menu.
