Via Anutham enjoys high praise primarily due to its exceptional location. Situated near PVR Anupam and the city center, the hotel offers robust connectivity and convenience, making it an excellent choice for visitors whether on work or leisure trips. The surrounding area is bustling with a variety of food and beverage outlets, catering to diverse tastes and preferences. Guests find the location to be lovely, amazing and perfect with several attractions and amenities nearby. While the hotel's condition could use some improvement, the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff significantly enhance the overall experience.
The rooms at Via Anutham are frequently commended for their cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort. Described as wonderful, excellent and beautifully maintained, the rooms meet guests' expectations for a pleasant stay. The affordability of the rooms is another highlight with many guests appreciating the value for money. Friendly and courteous staff further elevate the comfortable experience. While some issues such as noise near the reception and minor cleanliness concerns are noted, these are overshadowed by the positive aspects of the rooms, particularly those with balconies that offer pleasant views.
However, the breakfast offerings at the hotel receive mixed reviews. While some guests find the breakfast adequate, a significant number express dissatisfaction, citing issues like limited variety, poor food quality, uncleanliness and delays. The standard menu consisting of items like bread with butter, paratha and poha, seems to fall short of many guests' expectations, indicating a need for substantial improvements in both variety and quality.
Cleanliness reviews for Via Anutham are inconsistent. While some guests praise the hotel for its clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, others report issues with dirty rooms, unwashed bed sheets and towels and unclean toilets. Some guests even highlight that cleanliness and maintenance levels did not meet their expectations, comparing them unfavorably to higher standards. This suggests a variance in the hotel's cleaning standards that needs addressing.
The hotel staff, however, receive overwhelmingly positive feedback. Described as amazing, friendly and helpful, the staff are appreciated for their humility, courtesy and cooperativeness. Guests frequently note the team's promptness, respectfulness and polite demeanor, creating a welcoming and considerate environment. Despite minor remarks about some staff's confidence, the overall service and hospitality provided by the staff significantly contribute to a pleasant and satisfying experience for guests.
Overall, while Via Anutham excels in location, room quality and staff hospitality, it faces challenges with its breakfast offerings and inconsistent cleanliness. Addressing these issues can considerably enhance the overall guest experience.
