Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Gurugram Sector 12 receives mixed reviews across various aspects, yet maintains a generally positive impression due to several standout features. The hotel is appreciated for its convenient location near a hospital and easy access from a main road, though some guests find its industrial surroundings and distance from central landmarks or metro stations less ideal. Nevertheless, the hotel compensates with excellent facilities and hygiene standards that cater well to travelers prioritizing amenities over location.
The breakfast experience is largely favorable, with guests enjoying a good variety of options and excellent hygiene. The dining atmosphere is made pleasant by the friendly and helpful staff, although there are calls for more diversity in the menu to prevent repetition. Certain south Indian dishes are particularly well-received, whereas some north Indian offerings could be improved.
The rooms at the hotel are praised for their spaciousness and cleanliness, providing guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay. The staff, particularly in reception and housekeeping, are frequently recognized for their friendliness and efficiency, making a significant positive impact on the guest experience. Although there are suggestions for renovating the aging property, the overall impression remains positive due to the courteous and attentive staff.
Cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a strong point, with the hotel maintaining high hygiene standards across its premises. While minor concerns about outdated room maintenance and specific cleanliness issues are mentioned, these are relatively isolated and do not detract significantly from the general satisfaction reported by guests.
The hotel staff is frequently lauded for their exceptional service, with individual team members receiving special recognition for their courteous and cooperative nature. This level of attentive service enhances the warm hospitality of the hotel, often exceeding guest expectations and contributing to an overall satisfying stay.
One area requiring urgent improvement is the Wi-Fi service, as many guests report issues with weak or unreliable internet connections. Despite this shortcoming, the hotel's welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and commitment to cleanliness make it a good choice for those visiting Gurugram Sector 12, especially for its facilities and staff hospitality.
