Citystay West is a pleasant three-star rated hotel that offers good value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean and guests can expect a pleasant stay. While there were some negative reviews regarding faulty door function, plugs and poor Wi-Fi signal in some rooms, these were resolved by the attentive staff on duty. The bar refrigerator and bathroom vent not working could use an upgrade and some guests experienced noise from other guests during the night. However, despite these minor issues, Citystay West is still acceptable and comfortable. The entrance is not the best feature of the hotel, being steep and uncomfortable with rocky pavement, but it will not diminish the pleasant experience offered.
