Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Seaside Garden Hotel receives glowing praise for its prime location, making it an ideal base for beachgoers, shoppers and event attendees. Guests commend the hotel's beautifully serene surroundings which feature garden views, playgrounds and extensive parking facilities. The accommodation is also pet-friendly with many appreciating the well-thought-out amenities for pets. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and scenic balcony views further enhance the retreat-like atmosphere.
However, the breakfast service is notably lacking with guests consistently reporting the absence of basic breakfast amenities and room service options. Additionally, the rooms, while roomy and fitted with essentials like soap, tea, coffee and milk, suffer from inconsistent maintenance. Issues include dated furnishings, mold in showers, unpleasant odors and occasional cleanliness lapses that could be significantly improved for better guest satisfaction.
Despite these drawbacks, the staff receive high marks for their friendliness and accommodating nature. Guests laud the staff's efforts in ensuring a welcoming and hassle-free stay with flexible check-ins and prompt assistance. The warm and helpful attitudes of the reception team contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
The outdoor amenities, particularly the pool and tennis courts, are celebrated features. Guests enjoy the clean, family-friendly pool area and the well-maintained tennis facilities, which provide ample entertainment for both adults and children. The presence of other sports amenities like ping pong tables further adds to the family-friendly atmosphere.
For families, the property offers large rooms and plenty of kid-friendly activities. The big garden, fish ponds and spacious layout are frequent highlights mentioned by guests. The pet-friendly environment with secure gardens and designated pet areas is also a major plus for those traveling with dogs.
While bed comfort is somewhat of a mixed bag with some guests finding them satisfactory and others citing issues like hard mattresses and bed bugs, the overall serene and accommodating environment of Seaside Garden Hotel makes it an attractive option for families, pet owners and leisure travelers.
