The exceptional service and caring staff made our stay a pleasure to interact with. Despite a few minor issues, such as not being directed to the cereal at breakfast and not being able to access the Great Hall due to a wedding reception, the overall experience was fantastic. We couldn't recommend Matfen Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa enough for their fantastic amenities and wonderful staff.
