'HOTEL & SPA Le Renard Centre' is described by reviewers as having a modern, quirky design with a cool artistic touch, contributing to a pleasant and contemporary aesthetic. Many guests note the hotel is comfortable and pleasantly surprising in terms of the facilities and overall environment, often compared favorably to a 3-star hotel.
However, several aspects disappoint visitors who expect the services and cleanliness standards of a true 4-star hotel. Specifically, concerns include the cleanliness not meeting four-star expectations and the lack of daily towel changes. Additionally, some guests experience inconvenience due to limited accessibility with mentions of four flights of stairs and no elevator.
Despite some praise for its modernity and comfort, the hotel is frequently perceived as falling short of its advertised four-star rating. The general consensus among reviews suggests it aligns more closely with the quality and service standards of a 3-star hotel, indicating a disparity between guest expectations and the hotel's delivery on its promised rating.
