The attentive poolside attendants ensure that every guest's needs are met and there are plenty of pool chairs available. However, there is a need to implement stricter policies for people saving chairs. The beautiful pools come with great amenities, including cabana rentals, but at a premium price. Safety concerns have been raised with the slick wet tile around the pool, but the main pool size and layout, availability of chairs at the infinity pool and overall pool experience were highly praised. That being said, the beach can be crowded and the water may not be swimmable, making the pool a haven for some guests. Although gaining entry to the Serenity Pool can be challenging due to competition, overall, the pool experience at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea is a definite highlight of any visit.
