While there are significant concerns about the hotel meeting the expectations commonly associated with a four-star establishment, one notable positive aspect is the friendliness of the staff. Visitors have consistently highlighted the warm and welcoming demeanor of the personnel, which is a commendable attribute for any hospitality setting. Despite broader concerns about the hotel's amenities and overall service levels not aligning with its advertised star rating, the staff's genuine hospitality has been a bright spot in the reviews.
