THE 1O1 Malang OJ is highly regarded for its convenient location in Malang, providing guests with easy access to the city's attractions while maintaining a tranquil environment slightly removed from the busy city center. Travelers appreciate the hotel’s proximity to the train station, which facilitates easy transportation, and commend its central positioning for accessing local amenities. The hospitable staff contribute significantly to a welcoming atmosphere, being consistently praised for their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Guests are impressed with the hotel’s extensive and delicious breakfast offerings, featuring a variety of Western and Indonesian dishes that cater to diverse tastes, all enjoyed with stunning city views. The spacious and clean rooms are a key highlight, offering comfort with functional amenities like comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and great views, either directly from the rooms or from the rooftop area.
Cleanliness is a strong point, with the accommodations described as spotlessly clean and tidy, ensuring a relaxing stay for guests. While minor inconsistencies in cleanliness, such as floor maintenance, were noted, the overall environment remains favorable and well-maintained.
The swimming pool receives mixed feedback; although some guests find it nice, others mention its indoor location, small size, and colder temperature as drawbacks. Nevertheless, the hotel’s beds receive high praise for their exceptional comfort and spaciousness, contributing to restful sleep experiences that are complemented by the hearty breakfast offerings.
Overall, THE 1O1 Malang OJ stands out as a well-regarded choice for travelers seeking a blend of comfort, quality, and value, supported by excellent service and a prime location in Malang.
