Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Sheraton Pilar Hotel & Convention Center receives widespread praise for its excellent location, offering convenience amidst beautiful greenery and easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and event venues in Pilar. Guests admire the serene atmosphere and appreciate the proactive service provided by the friendly and attentive staff, significantly enhancing their overall experience.
While breakfast tends to be on the positive side, with its variety and pleasant staff service, there is room for improvement in maintaining the replenishment of items and elevating the quality to meet five-star expectations. Dinner offerings are often well-received, with the restaurants providing top-notch food and service, although the occasional closure for private events can be disappointing.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for relaxation. However, they show signs of wear, with outdated furnishings and maintenance issues prompting calls for renovation. Cleanliness across the property is a common concern, despite the staff's diligent efforts to maintain some areas like the pool and garden. Enhanced hygiene standards could elevate the hotel's appeal.
The beautifully landscaped gardens and pool area stand out as attractive features, offering guests a peaceful retreat. The heated pool is popular for relaxation, though the indoor pool's smaller size can lead to overcrowding. Despite challenges with Wi-Fi connectivity and additional charges that detract from value for money, guests find moments of tranquility and enjoyment in the pool area and spa, thanks to excellent service.
While the hotel underscores a mixed bag of features, the staff's professionalism and kindness consistently enrich the guest experience, making Sheraton Pilar Hotel & Convention Center a worthwhile destination with potential for continued growth and refinement.

The indoor heated swimming pool at Ramada by Wyndham Buenos Aires receives mixed feedback from guests. While it boasts a good temperature, often described as perfect, the overall cleanliness and maintenance are areas of concern. Despite the comfort of the heated environment, the disorganized appearance and insufficient heating at times detract from the experience. Common areas including the pool require better upkeep to enhance guest satisfaction.
