The gym here is top-notch with guests praising it as "very complete" and "the best gym and facilities relating to that I have had in Manila." Plus, you can use it for free and take advantage of the sauna and heat bath included. While some staff appeared stressed, overall, guests have had very positive experiences in this "excellent gym." The only downside is that it's not open 24/7 like other Shangri-La properties, but with a good gym like this, who needs to work out in the middle of the night? Overall, if working out is a priority for you on your travels, the gym at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila won't disappoint.
