The staff are amazing with guests consistently praising their attentive and friendly service. The spa experience is fantastic and definitely a must-visit. Families are well catered for with lots of activities available for children. While there were some negative comments about certain aspects like limited restaurant options, seaweed in the beach or outdated rooms, these were in the minority and did not detract from the overall positive experience.
