Summarized by AI
The Holiday Club Saimaan Rauha aims to deliver a four-star experience, offering a mix of luxury and convenience. The hotel boasts a variety of amenities with both the rooms and reception services meeting the expected four-star standards. Guests appreciate the value for the price, the helpful staff and the comfortable usage of bathrobes and slippers.
However, there are some recurring complaints, particularly concerning the additional fees for spa and sauna services, which many feel should be included in the room price. Additional amenities, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion, expected in a four-star establishment are not always provided. Some guests found that the room standards did not consistently match their expectations for a four-star hotel, mentioning discrepancies in room descriptions and feeling that certain suites were overpriced. Overall, while the hotel offers a good quality stay, there are areas that might not fully reflect the four-star rating.
