The sun loungers are generally useless but the pool itself is modern and with comfortable seating. The pool closes early, around 6:30 pm. Nonetheless, the guests enjoyed their stay at the hotel which is well-decorated with a pleasant pool area for some quiet downtime.

If you're looking for a hotel with a fabulous pool, Macaris Suites & Spa is the right choice for you! Most guests raved about the excellent pool with many mentioning it was right in front of their suite. The pool area is great with sun lounges and shade available. You can enjoy lovely sea views while lounging in the great pool area, although some noted it can get a bit small and crowded at times. Nevertheless, the pool itself is lovely with comfy loungers, cleaned every night using a robot and the staff regularly clean sunbeds and the pool in the morning. Plus, towels are generously provided and there's a bar service available in the pool area. Although some mentioned the walls of the pool had some fungi, so they suggest cleaning it better. The hotel rooftop also offers a fantastic restaurant with breathtaking views of the Fortezza and the coast, a wonderful treat while enjoying the pool. If you're traveling during COVID times, please note that the pool or restaurant might be closed.
